  Rhonda and Keith are amazing! They care about what your wishes are. Rhonda is a great negotiator who worked endlessly for us! This was our 1st house and couldn't have asked for a better experience! We will be looking to purchase a farm in the next few years and we WILL call them when we're ready! You won't regret using Walker Real Estate!!!!

  Rhonda and Keith with Walker Real Estate Services are awesome to work with. Buying a house can be overwhelming and stressful. They made my experience so easy as Rhonda took care of all the details as she is so knowledgeable and an expert in her field. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy real estate - you won't be disappointed!

  I would NEVER suggest Rhonda Walker. When we met her she was all sweet, asking how our baby was (he had been in multiple hospitals at the time) and that they had been praying for him.
  I hate to make any negative review but making this in hopes to make others aware of her character.  Then we bought a house that she listed and not even a week later found a huge mold issue. I notified our real estate agent, then the lender then the home inspector and also spoke to closing lawyer and another lawyer at a different firm in which I was advised to notify our real estate agent, listing agent, sellers, and home inspector and make them aware of the issue that we had discovered. So I call Mrs. Walker and start out very kindly by telling her who I am, the address of the home we just closed on and what had happened that day which was my first sentence where I state I discovered all kinds of mold. She conveniently cuts me off and starts saying she is on an island, she can't hear me about four times extremely loud. Then states ALL she heard was street name of the home. She THINKS she heard there is an issue and it involves mold and if that's the case then I need to contact my real estate agent and home inspector (she didn't let me finish for me to tell her I did this or that all I was requesting from her was to notify the seller) so I returned the favor and cut her off to tell her that was fine I would make the sellers aware myself (which I was advised to do anyways). I hang up and immediately receive a phone call back which I ignore. Then was left a message basically daring me to contact the seller. That I BETTER follow protocol and protocol was contacting my real estate agent. Also letting me know that's why sellers hire an agent on both sides. Keep in mind she "couldn't hear me" but sure knew exactly every word I said?
  So I emailed her in writing which I should have done from the get go but attempted to make things easier for her. I included our real estate agent and stated who I was and what we had discovered and I was requesting her to let the sellers know of the issue. Also stated all communication with me needs to be in writing and thanked her. Also text her and let her know that I did indeed follow protocol by contacting an attorney and emailed her. Of course she emailed our realtor back because she knows her license is on the line and asked if she only communicate with her and to send her our mold inspectors report for her to send seller and she doesn't have wonderful Internet service on the island but will try to get back in a timely manner.
  There was a contract before we offered on the home that suddenly fell through after a month and we had our agent ask if something came back in the inspection report and she stated nothing was ever done they just terminated which my husband and I both question if she illegally withheld that information.
  Bottom line do not let her represent you in any way! Do not trust her. She was willing to withhold that information from the sellers because she got her pay check from the deal! She lied, acting like she couldn't hear me but conveniently heard it all and wanted to intimidate me by acting like it's our problem, who not to contact, act like I was such a bother. Great business approach!!
  I don't care if our dream home was on the market is she is the listing agent I would run. I wouldn't ever let her get a dime of your money!
  Can't state enough find a realtor that will handle every single thing legally!!! Find one that doesn't have a questionable character! One that isn't out for themselves and their pay check only.
