  Bobby is the best after spending all day on the phone getting quotes on how much it would cost to replace my transmission pan Bobby Herman was the only mechanic that understood my situation he even paid to get my car out of impound cause the place my car broke down had my car impounded and he even went and picked up a transmission pan for me. Every other body shop wanted to charge me 300 just for labor and to fix it that didn't include getting my car out of impound. But Bobby charged me $35 labor and I paid for the parts he needed so it was cheaper for me. He even had my car ready before I got there. I will never take my any other place but Herman's tire and auto on Morganton Blvd. He worked with me in every way possible, was very polite and understanding. And he didn't even charge me what gas he used to go pick up my transmission pan. By far the best mechanic I have ever met. They had my car out of impound within an hour and had my car fixed and ready to pick up within 2 hours.. Best service I have ever received Bobby Herman will always have my business.. Thank you guys so much.. Your the best
