  Walked in to place a to go order (because their phones apparently aren't working) and I had to wait several minutes before someone appeared to take my order. They were out of certain sides and it wasn't even prime dinner time yet. Food was subpar. They promise "Southern Hospitality" and that "you'll leave happier than you came" and that was not the case here.
