  Wow why did we wait so long to try this place. Great service, very friendly staff, They have a menu but the chalkboard taking up an entire wall listing the meat, two sides, and choice of cornbread, texas toast, or grilled roll daily specials for $6.95 seems to be the way to go with a great selection of both meats and veggies. I had the Country Fried Steak with Squash, Okra and some Stewed Apples the wife had the Meatloaf with Mac and Cheese, Cabbage, and buttered corn. Both meals were really good not fancy just good country cooking for a great price. They also had lots of dessert choices with cakes, pies, and brownies I opted for the Chocolate Cream Pie and the wife got the Banana Pudding both were great. It is a small place with not many tables but we went for a late dinner and walked right in. Overall a great dinner and we will be back for sure.
