  We purchased two very expensive leather office chairs. The leather is just falling off both chairs. I am sitting in one of these chairs now with pieces of leather stuck to my arms and clothing. We thought we purchased a good brand name when we selected Broyhill. When we contacted Broyhill we were told that they don't make these chairs. It seems that even though they allow these chairs to be sold in the Broyhill name and have the Broyhill tag sewn onto the chairs they take absolutely no responsibility for the chairs. Broyhill tolld me to contact a company named True Innovations and that True Innovations are responsible. It is very sad when a company like Broyhill simply supplies the name on the box and the tag on the chair. So please take note when considering buying a Broyhill piece of furniture... Broyhill feels that it is OK to allow other companies to use their name and not take care of consumer issues at all. By the way, True Innovations was of no help at all, so we are stuck with two leather office chairs that are an embarrassment to us and should be an embarrassment to Broyhill.
